Turnkey 10,000 PSI Wellhead Overhaul, Testing & ESD Commissioning

This project involved complete function testing, refurbishment, valve re-machining, and field commissioning of a high-pressure 10,000 PSI surface wellhead Christmas Tree assembly and custom Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) control panel for a major Niger Delta production asset.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

• Non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspection of wellhead spooling and valve bodies
• Replacement and recertification of high-pressure gate and choke valves
• Assembly and calibration of custom pneumatic ESD control panel with rapid fail-safe shutdown triggers
• Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to 10,000 PSI standards
• Seamless field mobilization from our Port-Harcourt Base Yard (Yard 40-42 Nembe Road)
• Execution with 100% Goal Zero safety compliance (Zero LTI)
